Payments

Merchant fees may apply and may not be refundable. An e-ticket will be issued after booking confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

All bookings are subject to provider policies. Refund requests must be made through registered contact details. Processing time may take up to 60 business days.

Right to Refusal

The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking without reason. Access may be suspended if terms are violated.

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or airline issues.

Governing Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Karachi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
