Ticket Wicket Travels & Tour – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must follow the policies of the relevant service provider (airline, hotel, bus operator). Requests must be made using the registered mobile number or email linked to the booking.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are subject to provider terms and applicable fees. Ticket Wicket Travel & Tour may deduct reasonable costs incurred due to cancellation. All refund requests are processed through our Customer Service team.

3. Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 60 business days to process. Merchant fees for certain payment methods may not be refundable.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or cyber-attacks.

5. Verification Requirement

No cancellation or refund will be processed without verification through registered contact details.
