Cancellation & Transfer Policy
The package is non-refundable by default.
However, the pass is transferable, allowing one name change to be made prior to 15th May 2026.

Important Information
- Bookings will officially open on 8th March 2026.
- The following mandatory documents are required from each guest in order to confirm the package:
- Valid Passport copy (first and last page)
- CNIC Card
- The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is compulsory for all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand. Each guest is required to complete the TDAC personally prior to arrival in Thailand.
- The quoted price is strictly valid for the specified travel dates only.
- No refunds will be applicable for services included in the package.
- Payments will be accepted only after confirmation of availability.
- All rates, inclusions, and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
